Now, before I get unnecessary hate for this video, let’s remind ourselves that I say 95% of these things on a daily basis.
this is 100% accurate
as of today, my therapist says im not ready to skate because im still struggling with behaviors (restricting a little, standing too much, counting calories, etc). she said she will reevaluate on tuesday when i see her next. three months from discharge is up on tuesday. if she says yes, i can skate. i have got to stop counting calories (or at least picking higher calorie items) and start really taking recovery seriously.
